  GUIDELINES TO PARENTS (Second Shift)
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO THE ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS.
 
  • Nursery Admission for Academic Session 2021-22 will be completely online.

  • The age criteria for the Nursery Admission will be for children born between 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2018

  • The online portal for filling and submission of the forms begins on February 18, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. and closes on March 4, 2021 at 5:00 P.M.

  • Before clicking on the 'CLICK HERE TO APPLY' button on the bottom of this page, please ensure the following documents are available for filling up the form & for online uploading/attaching purpose:

    • COLOUR SCANNED PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF YOUR CHILD, MAXIMUM SIZE 2 MB IN .JPG FORMAT ONLY.

    • SCANNED IMAGE OF DATE OF BIRTH PROOF ISSUED BY MCD OF MAXIMUM SIZE 2 MB IN .JPG FORMAT ONLY.

    • SCANNED IMAGE OF ADDRESS PROOF LIKE ELECTRICTY BILL/MTNL BILL/WATER BILL/ AADHAR CARD/VOTER I CARD IN THE NAME OF EITHER OF PARENTS, OF MAXIMUM SIZE 2 MB IN .JPG FORMAT ONLY.

    • APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT CHALLAN OF RS. 25/- (PROCESS DETAILED BELOW):
      • As per Govt. Order, the school will charge a sum of Rs. 25/- as 'Application Fee' for facilitating the Nursery Admission Process.

      • The challan can be obtained by paying a sum of Rs. 25/- online through the school merchant website of Indian Overseas Bank by clicking on the link mentioned below.

      • While making the payment of Rs. 25/- , kindly mention the child's name, date of birth, father's name & other details correctly.

      • After the payment is done, the Indian Overseas Bank website will generate a payment challan which will contain a Bank Reference Number, which has to be mentioned in the Application Form (Point No 16).

      • The payment challan will be uploaded along with the application form.

      • Click on the link to make the payment now:

    • Once the Application Fee is paid & all the scanned documents are obtained, you can click on the 'CLICK HERE TO APPLY' button to proceed.

    • The online application will be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS.

    • All the fields are mandatory; please fill the form very carefully. If the details mentioned in the form will not match with the scanned documents then the school has the right to reject your application.

    • After filling the form & attaching all the documents, click NEXT and check the preview of the form. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE FORM HAS BEEN FILLED CORRECTLY.

    • If there are some mistakes then click on BACK button to make corrections. Thereafter click on NEXT, take a printout of your filled form & then submit the form.

    • After submission of the form you will receive an automated serial number, which you can save for future reference.
